1. When You Can Get a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if: your photo was rejected by an official authority due to a technical error caused by our processing, or if we failed to deliver your photo within the promised time.
2. When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds do not apply if: the rejection was caused by factors outside the photo (incomplete forms, wrong document type), or if you uploaded a photo that did not meet our minimum requirements (blurry, dark, no face visible).
3. How to Request a Refund
Send your order number and the official rejection notice to: refund@visaphotolab.com. We will review your request within 3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Free Reprocessing Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose free reprocessing. We will fix the issue and resend your photo at no extra cost.
